| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on cross-border cooperation, as a type of activity that contributes to European integration processes and development of the hospitality sphere enterprises. The author identified additional principles of cross-border cooperation in the field of hospitality, characterized the ways of training personnel for the field of hospitality, and proposed new formats of the hotel and restaurant business on the example of Chernivtsi region. |
