Abstract

In the modern conditions of martial law in Ukraine, most establishments of the hotel and restaurant business faced new challenges. Having barely recovered after the difficult pandemic years and the transition to new forms of work and requirements for the organization of work in compliance with epidemiological requirements, the hotel and restaurant business faced new difficult circumstances - the introduction of martial law. Accordingly, there was a need to quickly respond to changes - the obligation of safe conditions for everyone, changes in the socio-economic environment, adoption of non-standard management decisions, generation of new original ideas in order to stabilize the operating conditions of existing ones and support new projects caused by new conditions.
