Сутність та значення управлінських рішень у роботі сучасного менеджера

Abstract

У статті визначено суть поняття «управлінське рішення», шляхом систематизації трактувань даної категорії різними науковцями. Також проаналізовано типи рішень, які можуть зустрічатись у процесі управління організацією. Визначено зміст управлінського рішення, де виділено причини та необхідність його застосування. Проаналізовано функції управлінських рішень, де проявляється природа виникнення потреби змін. Роль та значення моделей управлінських рішень та особливості їх застосування також описано. Визначено умови, показники оцінки, дії та правила менеджера для прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень сучасним менеджером. Rational, as a rule, includes the stages: the emergence of a situation that requires decision; collecting and analyzing information on developed management methods; identifying and evaluating alternatives embedded in developed management methods; preparation and optimization of management decision; management decision-making process; implementation of management decision and evaluation of results. But here, too, there are common modeling problems: unreliable preconditions, information constraints, poor use of results, and excessive costs. Improving the decision-making process and, accordingly, improving the quality of decision-making is achieved through the use of scientific approaches, models and methods of decision-making. It should be noted that the construction of models should include at most the following stages: setting a problem, determining information constraints, checking for plausibility, implementing conclusions and restoring the model, but it takes tim.
