Особливості міграційної політики у країнах ЄС

Abstract

Висвітлено сутність та визначено причини міграційних потоків у країни ЄС в умовах зростання глобалізації. Проаналізовано динаміку міграційних потоків робочої сили у країнах ЄС та фактори впливу на неї. Крім цього, наведено регіональний розподіл міжнародних мігрантів в ЄС, який свідчить про вдоволеність громадянами ЄС соціальними, політичними, економічними та екологічними факторами проживання у регіоні. Досліджено аспекти міжнародної трудової міграції з України в країни ЄС. Розглянуто економічні чинники впливу на міжнародну трудову міграцію, що обумовлюють активність українських трудових мігрантів у країнах ЄС. Представлено динаміку надходження грошових переказів до країн ЄС та з країн ЄС та відображено позитивний вплив грошових переказів на економіку України. Особливу увагу приділено прискоренню темпів зростання ВВП за рахунок надходжень приватних грошових переказів в країну. The article examines the impact of migration flows on the overall social, economic and political situation in EU countries. The essence and reason of migration flows to the EU countries under the terms increasing globalization are covered. It is found out that the causes and ambiguity of the consequences of international labor migration require the study of current state of migration flows in EU countries, identifying factors for their formation, forecasting opportunities and the detection of existing threats. The trends and dynamics of current state of labor migration in the EU countries are analyzed. The main factors and nature of labor emigration from EU countries and immigration to EU countries are identified, problems of formation and development of EU migration policy are investigated. The regional distribution of international migrants in the EU is presented, which shows the satisfaction of EU citizens with social, political, economic and environmental factors of residence in the region. The characteristics of the current EU immigration policy are presented. Aspects of international labor migration from Ukraine to EU countries are investigated. The economic factors influencing the international labor migration that determine the activity of Ukrainian labor migrants in the EU countries are under the consideration. The dynamics of remittances to EU and EU countries were presented, which made it possible to identify major donors and recipients of remittances. Significant contribution of migrants' private remittances to the economies of donor and recipient labor countries has been proved, and their relationship with other types of cash inflows to states has been determined. The positive impact of remittances on Ukraine economy is reflected, with particular attention being paid to accelerating GDP growth due to private remittances.
