Еколого-економічні ризики промислового підприємства як об’єкт управління

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність термінів «екологічний ризик» та «економіко-екологічний ризик», акцентуючи на основні відмінності між ними. Авторами зіставлено визначення та розкриття змісту екологічного ризику в нормативних документах окремих країн пострадянського простору. Значна увага науковцями приділена висвітленню концепції ризику та її складових елементів – оцінки та управління ризиків. Авторами всебічно розкрито змістові компоненти екологічного менеджменту. На базі систематизації поглядів провідних вчених було виділено базові принципи управління екологічними ризиками. Особлива увага приділена оптимізації процесу управління економіко-екологічних ризиків, виділяючи не тільки основні етапи, але і логічну послідовність їх виконання. За результатами проведених досліджень окреслено напрямки поглиблення подальших досліджень щодо побудови ефективної системи управління екологічними ризиками на сучасних промислових підприємствах.

The article reveals the essence of the terms "environmental risk" and "economic and environmental risk", focusing on the main differences between them. The authors mapped the determining and disclosing the content of environmental risk in the regulations of the individual countries of post-Soviet space. The significant attention scholars paid to the lighting concept of risk and its constituent elements – the assessment and management of risks. The authors comprehensively disclosed substantial components of environmental management. On the basis of systematization of the views of leading scientists were identified the basic principles of environmental risk management. Special attention is paid to optimization of management process, economic and environmental risks, highlighting not only the main stages, but the logical sequence of their execution. The results of the research determined the directions of further deepening of researches on creation of effective system of environmental risk management in modern enterprises.
