Концепція інклюзивного розвитку формує нову основу стійкого зростання сучасних економічних систем, орієнтуючи їх на принципи справедливості та рівності. Така концепція дозволить не тільки розширити межі діяльності інститутів у сферах розподілу доходів, можливостей, економічної, політичної, соціальної та екологічної безпеки, якості життя, але й створити соціально відповідальне суспільство. Проте, незважаючи на важливість даної концепції, її можливості та переваги для вітчизняної економіки не достатньо визначені та потребують ґрунтовних досліджень. Такий підхід дозволить нам говорити про інклюзивний розвиток як про нову сучасну парадигму стійкого економічного зростання не тільки на рівні окремої держави, але й на рівні світових економічних та соціальних процесів. In the context of global economic instability, there is a fundamental need for rethinking and changing existing models of economic growth in order to overcome the growing socio-economic inequalities. The concept of inclusive development forms a new foundation for the sustainable growth of modern economic systems, orienting them to the principles of justice and equality. Such a concept will allow not only to expand the activities of institutions in the areas of income distribution, opportunities, economic, political, social and environmental security, quality of life, but also to create a socially responsible society. However, despite the importance of this concept, its potential and benefits for the domestic economy are not sufficiently defined and require substantial research. This approach will allow us to talk about inclusive development as a new modern paradigm of sustainable economic growth, not only at the level of the individual state, but also at the level of world economic and social processes. Для України актуальним є вивчення ролі соціокультурних аспектів, зокрема соціального капіталу і неекономічних аспектів економічних трансформацій та пошук стратегічних напрямів використання потенціалу соціального капіталу. Важливо розуміти, якою мірою ризики росту безробіття, бідності чи посилення міграції (особливо в сьогоднішніх умовах) можуть бути пом’якшені чи, навпаки, загострені за рахунок соціального капіталу. Ми ж розглядатимемо соціальний капітал також як можливість включення людини у неформальні соціальні мережі, які базуються на взаємній довірі і взаємній підтримці, і його негативну роль у суспільстві у випадку побудови на засадах корупційних і тіньових відносин. Саме такий соціальний капітал переважає в умовах сучасних пострадянських суспільств, саме він стримує необхідні, але все ще далекі від сучасних соціальних реалій економічні трансформації. The article analyzes a number of scientific publications devoted to the problems of economic development of countries, since the latter is increasingly dependent on non-economic factors and social changes, and if their action remains temporary, this does not lead to the development of an effective economic system that can withstand the challenges and threats. For Ukraine, it is important to study the role of socio-cultural aspects, in particular social capital and non-economic aspects of economic transformation, and the search for strategic directions for using the potential of social capital. It is important to understand the risks of rising unemployment, poverty, or increased migration (especially under current conditions) can be mitigated or vice versa sharpened at the expense of social capital. We will also consider social capital as an opportunity to include people in informal social networks based on mutual trust and mutual support that can perform in a society and a negative role and be built on the basis of corruption and shadow relations. It is precisely such social capital that prevails in the conditions of modern post-Soviet societies, which precludes the necessary, but still far from modern social realities of economic transformations.
