Визначено сутність інтерактивного навчання, охарактеризовано основні методи роботи за умов активних форм навчання. The growing needs of the society in highly skilled, intellectually developed, competitive professionals-professionals put forward new requirements for improving the professional training of students of higher education. Optimization of the professional formation of future specialists in the process of professional training determines the use of innovative pedagogical approaches, in particular those based on such priorities as processuality, polylogy and dialogicity of interpersonal interaction, activization of mental activity, creation of conditions for self-development of students for their further self-realization in professional activity. After all, education is such a branch of the social sphere, where sustainable development of innovation activity should be considered as a process of reproduction of human capital on an expanded and innovative basis. Such pedagogical innovations are interactive teaching methods. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of improving the quality of professional training of future specialists through the use of interactive learning. The essence of interactive learning is determined, the main methods of work are described in the conditions of active forms of education. Active learning involves the use of active methods of pedagogical influence, which induces students to mental activity, to display a creative, research approach and the search for new ideas for solving various tasks of educational and research activities. The features and advantages of interactive lecture lessons as one of modern directions of active training of future specialists are revealed. The use of interactive computer-based teaching methods with the help of new technical means also represents a significant component of the educational process transformation, transition to a qualitatively new level of schooling.
