Досліджено динаміку фінансових результатів банків. Проаналізовано обсяг, динаміку і структуру кредитного портфелю банків України. Здійснена оцінка ресурсного потенціалу вітчизняних банків, проаналізовано їх депозитний портфель. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення депозитної і кредитної політики вітчизняних банків з метою покращення ефективності їх діяльності, підвищення надійності, ліквідності та стабільності. The impact of credit and deposit portfolios on the financial performance of Ukrainian banks for the period from 2015 to September 2019 is evaluated and analyzed. The theoretical aspects of the definition of such terms as “income”, “expenses”, “financial result”, “credit” and “deposit” are summarized. The analysis of formation of financial results of banks of Ukraine is carried out and their dynamics is investigated. Assets of Ukrainian banks are investigated, positive dynamics of growth of total assets during 2018-2019 are determined. It is established that the net assets of banks are characterized by much lower volumes, especially in 2019. The influence of NBU discount rate on the formation of the value of loans in the financial market is determined. The volume, dynamics and structure of credit portfolio of Ukrainian banks have been analyzed. Particular attention is paid to determining the origin of problem (inactive) loans, the reasons for their occurrence and the current state of legislative regulation. The resource potential of Ukrainian banks is determined, the necessity of possessing sufficient resources to support the needs of credit subjects is substantiated. The structure of banks liabilities is analyzed. Positive dynamics of bank capital growth were determined. Borrowed and lent funds are analyzed. Approaches to forming the deposit portfolio of banks have been determined. The analysis and assessment of deposits attracted by deposit-taking corporations are broken down by economic sectors and by maturity. Examples of banks that attracted the largest amounts of deposits in September 2019 are given. The comparative analysis of the credit and deposit portfolio of Ukrainian banks for the period from 2015 to September 2019 is conducted. Excess of loans over deposits is revealed, but there is also a gradual reduction of the gap between them. Recommendations are offered to improve the instruments for the settlement of problematic debt of banks in order to reduce and improve the financial performance and reliability of banking system. Proposals have been made to improve the deposit policy of domestic banks in order to increase their liquidity and stability. The article actualizes the role of public procurement as the most important regulator of the country's industrial production, which provides public needs for goods and services and contributes to the formation of a competitive business-sphere. The modern aspects of the functioning of the public procurement system are examined. This research takes into account economic transformations and normative-making initiatives, which should be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the tender practice and European standards of trade and procurement activity. In these terms, the problems of implementation of tender procedures related to corruption risks, misuse of budget funds, subjective evaluation of competitive bids, qualification criteria for selection of reliable suppliers are analyzed. Moreover, the main types of procurement violations, which have corrupt features, are distinguished. Furthermore, measures to eliminate the gaps in the organizational-legal support of procurement system based on new legislative initiatives have been identified. In particular, the focus is on the introduction of new types of procedures – simplified procurement procedure, limited bidding and selective tendering, which will not only increase the transparency of procurement and reduce the impact of the corruption component, but also provide customers with reliable partners in the conclusion of contracts. Finally, the necessity to use new qualification criteria for the selection of participants and the evaluation of tender proposals with comprehensive consideration of the aggregate benefits and possible costs throughout the useful period of a product operation is substantiated. The article explores the directions and prospects of applying PropTech innovations in the development of regional residential real estate markets. The definition of PropTech as a tool for the digitization of the residential real estate market was formed, the specificity of the PropTech 3.0 concept, which envisages the migration of all real estate transactions to blockchain, was noted. Some blockchain disadvantages and the problems of its application in Ukraine were listed. It is emphasized that startups working on technological solutions for the residential real estate market develop them in the areas of: marketing, search, service, sale and housing management. The long-term rental market is considered as a promising segment, for which the offer is better formed by "phygital" platforms, omni-models that combine on-line services with advanced digital solutions and of-lain(offline) services - regional and local developed physical partner services. As a result of the study of digital practice in the residential real estate market and considering the prospects of further digital transformation of the market at the global, national and regional levels, reducing the digital gap in the national, inter-regional and intra-regional information space, a number of proposals have been formed. It is concluded that the success of traditional market players will soon depend on quickness of their adaptation to the changes that are happening, transformation into digital companies - mobile, integrated, flexible, digital, based on a functional digital transformation strategy. In this context, the article deals with issues of English scientific communication and discourse with regard to junior students from non-linguistic higher educational establishments who haven’t acquired corresponding knowledge in this subject matter yet. Distinctive features of a four-stage work with English scientific texts are described in the paper. A special attention is paid to stages of information recording and its application in practice. The standard structure of a scientific paper is analyzed in the article. Examples of special English clichés are given in the work to develop junior students’ skills of scientific writing. На даний момент у нашій країні багато уваги приділяється науково-дослідній роботі студентів, оскільки вона є ефективним інструментом формування їхнього наукового світогляду та розв’язання надважливих задач. Водночас англійська мова є домінуючою формою наукового спілкування. В цьому контексті у статті розглядаються питання англомовного наукового спілкування та дискурсу щодо студентів молодших курсів немовних закладів вищої освіти, які ще не набули відповідних знань у цьому напрямку. Підготовка наукових праць іноземною мовою на міжнародні конференції є невід’ємною складовою наукової діяльності студентів вже з першого курсу навчання в ЗВО. Проте не володіючи навичками роботи з автентичними матеріалами та алгоритмом написання наукових робіт, початківці стикаються з великими труднощами. У дослідженні детально описується специфіка роботи з науковими текстами, яка складається з таких чотирьох етапів, як відбір релевантної інформації; обробка інформації; письмова фіксація інформації для подальшого використання; застосування відібраної та записаної інформації на практиці. Кожний етап роботи передбачає формування у студентів молодших курсів певних навичок наукового спілкування. Особлива увага приділяється письмовій фіксації інформації та її застосуванню на практиці. Письмова фіксація спрямована на складання студентами різноманітних планів, які стануть їм в пригоді в процесі подальшої роботи. Метою завершального етапу є написання й оформлення студентських наукових праць та представлення результатів дослідження цільовій аудиторії у вигляді різних видів публікацій. У роботі перелічено основні розділи та підрозділи, з яких складається більшість наукових статей відповідно до сучасних стандартів і вимог. Кожний підрозділ містить певні англійські кліше, автоматичне використання яких сприятиме побудові високоорганізованого семантичного простору наукового тексту. Автором зауважується, що поступове засвоєння студентами молодших курсів конкретних мовних формул є необхідною умовою для написання якісних наукових робіт англійською мовою. Створення кожним студентом власного банку корисних англійських кліше під час роботи з оригінальними науковими матеріалами вважається за доцільне.
