The conceptual model was formalized on the basis of statistic information about the learning procedure of 15 academic groups. As the formalization methods there have been chosen the method of self-organized Kohonen maps, Artificial Neural Network modeling and Group Method of Data Handling. In the result of clustering with the help of Kohonen maps method there has been found a cluster that encloses academic groups with high performance rate and average number of students – 7. Artificial Neural Network model has proven that performance of students depends greatly on the group size. But, unlike the Kohonen maps, a recommended minimal group size is 10 students. Artificial neural network model and Group Method of Data Handling, though, show a somewhat different result within the scope of the learning course (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System credits). There has also been discovered that the restriction of the applied methods is the impossibility to estimate the information overload. This assessment is based on a hierarchical fuzzy model in the fuzzyTECH program. The adequacy of proposed elaborated model is confirmed by a statistic agree ment with thesis attestation results of Master of Arts. Besides, the model showed that combining the competency in the course of writing and attestation the Master of Arts thesis shall result in synergy effects. The model input parameters consist of the data of academic assessment and the structure of the educational-professional program. These inputs simplify the process of assessing the competency while comparing with the existing approaches. Thus, stakeholders are able to assess the professional qualities of a graduate without requiring additional resources, because the model is built on the open source data such as the Educational Program of the specialty and the diploma supplement. The proposed model can assess the quality of educational professional programs, and assist their comparative evaluation. The model’s uniqueness is that output results of competency assessment are described both by linguistic terms, more common for employers, and numeric assessment, using 100-point scale, more common for students and teaching staff. The main innovation of the model is its ability to assess adequately the obtained competency not only by the final learning outcomes, but also at any stage of the curriculum implementation. Therefore, the fuzzy model can also be utilized to predict the graduates’ final performance, which enables students to apply the model for self-assessing of their own competency in a learning pro cess. Such self-assessment may help students promote learning scores in the courses which is relevant to determined competency. In fact, the development strategy is such a plan of actions. Therefore, the purpose of this research article is to study the construction features of the development strategy of transport and logistics companies along with the analysis of factors, which should be taken into account during this creating. We have used the method of analysis and synthesis, as well as the method of comparison to conduct the investigation. Achieving the target goal was ensured by defining separate formation stages for the development strategy of transport and logistics companies. In addition, the research article considers the indicators that determine the ratings, conducted by various international organizations and institutions for assessing the state of transport and logistics in their member countries. Thus, the Aggregated Logistics Performance Index for 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018 has been analyzed; the indicator called Doing Business in the regional context, as well as in the context of countries around the world has been examined. Along with that, the directions of growth in demand for various modes of transport in the near future have been determined, based on the data provided in the International Transport Forum Transport Outlook 2019. At the same time, traditional double-entry bookkeeping and fiancial reporting (including those prepared in accordance with IFRS) are unable to show the real power momentum of domestic agricultural enterprises profiability (their return on capital). Ths narrows the circle of potential investors when making decisions on the feasibility of investing fiancial resources in the development of Ukrainian agricultural sector. Th purpose of the study is to develop a 3D-form of the Actuarial Report on Capital Force Impulse (3D - ARCFI), which informational content will provide an objective assessment of the capital force impulse of an agricultural enterprise and help to attract investment in its development. Th object of the study is the process of actuarial accounting and 3D reporting as information subsystems for controlling the capital power momentum at domestic agricultural enterprises. Th research methodology is based on the application of 3D-recording method and classical mechanics methods in displaying information from the actuarial accounting system on 3D-force accounts to develop a model of power momentum management of an agricultural entity return on capital as an alternative approach to transfer pricing based on informational filing of 3D-ARCFI with the help of net profi method. Th study results showed dependence of domestic agricultural enterprises investment attractiveness on the qualitative informational filing of the actuarial management reporting in 3D format. The practical value of the results received confimed the effectiveness of the proposed 3D-model of profipower momentum management within the transfer approach based on accounting informational basis of 3D-ARCFI, which will contribute to an objective perspective assessment of agricultural companies return on equity power momentum and increase their market investment attractiveness. В сучасних умовах глобалізації та тенденцій європейської інтеграції вітчизняні агрокомпанії використовують механізм трансфертного ціноутворення при експорті сільськогосподарської продукції, що, з одного боку, дозволяє власникам підвищити ефективність внутрішнього менеджменту, а з іншого - приховувати реальний прибуток і відбивати недоцільно виробництво у фінансових звітах. Водночас традиційна бухгалтерська бухгалтерія та фінансова звітність з подвійним обліком (у тому числі складена відповідно до МСФЗ) не в змозі показати реальний імпульс потужності вітчизняних сільськогосподарських підприємств прибутковість (їх рентабельність капіталу). Це звужує коло потенційних інвесторів при прийнятті рішень щодо доцільності інвестування фінансових ресурсів у розвиток українського аграрного сектору. Мета дослідження - розвиватись 3D -форма актуарного звіту про імпульс капітальної сили (3D - ARCFI), яка інформаційний зміст забезпечить об’єктивну оцінку імпульсу капіталу сільськогосподарського підприємства та сприятиме залученню інвестицій у його розвиток. Об’єктом дослідження є процес актуарного обліку та тривимірної звітності інформаційні підсистеми для контролю імпульсу капітальної потужності на внутрішньому ринку сільськогосподарські підприємства. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на застосуванні Метод 3D-запису та класичні механічні методи відображення інформації з актуарної системи обліку на рахунках 3D-force для розробки моделі управління імпульсом потужності рентабельності сільськогосподарського підприємства як альтернативний підхід до трансфертного ціноутворення на основі інформаційної подачі 3D-ARCFI за допомогою методу net profi.
