Постановка проблеми. Реалії сьогодення, у яких Україна перебуває у війні, обумовили лібералізацію торговельних відносин між Україною та Європою. Це, у свою чергу, визначає виникнення наукового інтересу до дослідження сучасних тенденцій зовнішньоторговельної політики держав. Мета дослідження. Мета статті – дослідити сучасні тенденції зовнішньоторговельних відносин між Україною, Європейським Союзом і Великобританією в контексті реалізації Угоди про поглиблену та всеохоплюючу зону вільної торгівлі. Методологія. У процесі виконання дослідження використано загальнонаукові теоретичні методи: методи структурно-логічного, концептуального аналізу, синтезу – для здійснення теоретичних узагальнень та висновків про інструменти зовнішньоторговельних відносин між Україною, Європейським союзом та Великобританією в процесі реалізації Угоди про поглиблену та всеохоплюючу зону вільної торгівлі; графічний метод – для наочного представлення аналітичного матеріалу щодо досліджуваної теми; індукції та дедукції – при встановленні пріоритетів та обмежень у застосуванні фінансового інструментарію зовнішньоторговельного регулювання. Результати. У публікації досліджено особливості реалізації Угоди про поглиблену та всеохоплюючу зону вільної торгівлі між Україною та ЄС; визначено зміни в зовнішньоторговельній політиці між країнами, що обумовлені війною в Україні. Практичне значення. Окреслено фактори, які можуть обмежити експортні можливості України, та визначено можливості до мінімізації їх негативного впливу. Перспективи подальших досліджень. Перспективи наукових досліджень полягають у подальшій комплексній оцінці реалізації зовнішньоторговельної політики між Україною, ЄС та Великобританією, зокрема щодо застосування обмежуючих інструментів нетарифного регулювання. The article examines current trends in foreign trade relations between Ukraine, the European Union and Great Britain in the context of the implementation of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement. The publication examines the features of the Agreement, which provides for trade facilitation by improving the efficiency of customs procedures and the gradual approximation of Ukrainian legislation, rules and procedures (including standards) to EU law, the abolition of most customs tariffs. However, the study found that after the entry into force of the Free Trade Agreement in 2016, trade relations between Ukraine and Europe have not become equal. The analysis of the foreign trade turnover of Ukraine and the European Union indicates a constant disproportion between the volume of exports and imports in favor of the EU. This is due to the continued application of both tariff and non-tariff restrictions on Ukrainian goods. Changes in the foreign trade policy between the countries caused by the Russian war in Ukraine have been identified. On the one hand, Ukraine needs support in the fight against the aggressor (including economic), and on the other - limited opportunities for food exports from Ukraine due to port blockade and disruption of logistics, have shown Ukraine's importance as a partner in food security both Europe and the world. This was an accelerating factor in the abolition of customs and tariff restrictions by European countries. Factors that may limit Ukraine’s export opportunities (continued use of non-tariff barriers by Europe, logistics problems) are identified, and opportunities to minimize their negative impact are identified.
