Розглянуто ключові переваги використання криптовалют, зокрема зниження транзакційних витрат, прискорення міжнародних розрахунків, підвищення прозорості фінансових операцій, розширення доступу до інвестиційних ресурсів. Проаналізовано бар’єри, які перешкоджають повноцінній інтеграції криптовалют у підприємницьку діяльність: правові, технічні, податкові, освітні. Надано характеристику сучасного стану нормативно-правового регулювання криптовалют в Україні та перспектив його гармонізації з європейськими стандартами, зокрема у межах імплементації директиви MiCA. Висвітлено приклади успішного застосування криптовалют українськими компаніями у сферах торгівлі, ІТ, фінансових послуг, логістики та освіти. The article examines the features of the introduction of cryptocurrencies into the domestic business environment in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The authors emphasize the growing role of cryptocurrencies as a tool for financial optimization, reducing transaction costs, ensuring transparency of settlements and attracting new sources of investment. Particular attention is paid to the potential of using blockchain technology in such areas as logistics, document management, marketing and asset management. The main barriers that hinder the full integration of cryptocurrencies into business are revealed: the instability of the legislative field, technical and educational insufficiency, high tax burdens and cybersecurity risks. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law "On Virtual Assets", as well as the prospects for its harmonization with the European MiCA directive. The authors describe in detail the advantages of implementing stablecoins, smart contracts, asset tokenization, and also provide examples of successful integration of cryptocurrencies by Ukrainian companies in the IT, trade, tourism, and education sectors. The paper presents examples of international experience that demonstrate the possibilities of large-scale implementation of cryptocurrencies in companies such as Tesla, Starbucks, JP Morgan, and others. Comparative analysis allows identifying potential benefits for Ukrainian business, provided that the integration process is properly planned and regulatory requirements are met. The article also presents an analysis of the cryptocurrency market in Ukraine, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the strengths, potential opportunities, threats, and weaknesses of the development of this sector. The conclusions emphasize that cryptocurrencies are a strategic tool for modernizing the financial system of Ukraine, while requiring a comprehensive approach that includes legal regulation, educational initiatives, technical support, and government policy. For enterprises seeking to integrate cryptocurrencies into their operations, a number of practical recommendations are offered regarding the choice of platforms, the formation of IT infrastructure, and the involvement of experts. The article is devoted to the study that cybersecurity and effective communication have become critically important components of the security and stable functioning of not only governmental structures, but also of business, education, and everyday life. Cybersecurity and communication are closely interconnected, as any exchange of information through digital channels requires protection. Almost daily, companies interact with and attempt to better understand their consumers – learning their personal data, preferences, purchasing frequency, and more – thereby actively collecting personal information. This article explores the relevance of digital threats in the context of business-to-consumer communication. It highlights the specific nature of consumer trust in the digital environment and outlines the components that constitute trust in this space. The concept and prerequisites of cyber threats in the modern world are defined. The study demonstrates why cybersecurity forms the foundation of high-quality communication and long-term relationships with clients in a digital setting, and shows how it influences trust, loyalty, and the reputation of a brand or enterprise. The concept of a "bot farm" is described, and it is recognized as a significant and dangerous threat to modern consumer communications. The article provides examples of the types of information that must be protected when using various communication channels with consumers and clients, including email marketing, social media surveys, messaging platforms, data collection via websites, chatbots, and more. It is emphasized that effective communication – even in the digital realm – enables the formation of a valuable asset: client databases. The article underlines the importance of protecting these databases during the data collection process and argues that database formation is only the initial stage of ensuring digital security. Additionally, the article emphasizes the need for continuous staff training and awareness to maintain robust cybersecurity practices and ensure secure, trustworthy communication with consumers. It also emphasizes the importance of this issue in an interconnected world where transactions and communications predominantly occur on digital platforms, becoming increasingly international. The purpose of the paper is to provide an in-depth analysis of various threats to the digital economy, such as cyberattacks, data theft, and online fraud, as well as to study protection strategies employed by institutional and private entities. Results. The research findings indicate a significant diversity and growing complexity of attacks on digital infrastructure, especially with the emergence of new methods such as phishing, ransomware, and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. The study also identifies major gaps in existing defense systems, particularly in user awareness, network security, and vulnerability management. Based on the analysis conducted, several important points have been noted, emphasizing the critical importance of a comprehensive approach to cybersecurity, which entails close cooperation between the government, businesses, international organizations, and civil society. Additionally, there is an emphasis on the need for continuous investment in research and development of innovative security technologies, as well as in training and increasing awareness among end-users. Conclusions.
