Зазначено основні напрями політики антикризового управління. Також розглянуто можливі причини криз на підприємстві та їхні наслідки. The authors carried out the study of the significance of crisis management in the activities of a trading company. The main directions of the policy of crisis management are outlined. They are part of the overall strategy of the enterprise and are involved in developing a system of methods for the preliminary diagnosis of the threat of bankruptcy. Also, the possible causes of the crisis in the enterprise and its consequences are considered.
