The article actualizes the role of public procurement as the most important regulator of the country's industrial production, which provides public needs for goods and services and contributes to the formation of a competitive business-sphere. The modern aspects of the functioning of the public procurement system are examined. This research takes into account economic transformations and normative-making initiatives, which should be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the tender practice and European standards of trade and procurement activity. In these terms, the problems of implementation of tender procedures related to corruption risks, misuse of budget funds, subjective evaluation of competitive bids, qualification criteria for selection of reliable suppliers are analyzed. Moreover, the main types of procurement violations, which have corrupt features, are distinguished. Furthermore, measures to eliminate the gaps in the organizational-legal support of procurement system based on new legislative initiatives have been identified. In particular, the focus is on the introduction of new types of procedures – simplified procurement procedure, limited bidding and selective tendering, which will not only increase the transparency of procurement and reduce the impact of the corruption component, but also provide customers with reliable partners in the conclusion of contracts. The article explores the directions and prospects of applying PropTech innovations in the development of regional residential real estate markets. The definition of PropTech as a tool for the digitization of the residential real estate market was formed, the specificity of the PropTech 3.0 concept, which envisages the migration of all real estate transactions to blockchain, was noted. Some blockchain disadvantages and the problems of its application in Ukraine were listed. It is emphasized that startups working on technological solutions for the residential real estate market develop them in the areas of: marketing, search, service, sale and housing management. The long-term rental market is considered as a promising segment, for which the offer is better formed by "phygital" platforms, omni-models that combine on-line services with advanced digital solutions and of-lain(offline) services - regional and local developed physical partner services. As a result of the study of digital practice in the residential real estate market and considering the prospects of further digital transformation of the market at the global, national and regional levels, reducing the digital gap in the national, inter-regional and intra-regional information space, a number of proposals have been formed. Досягнута мета щодо виявлення можливостей управління якістю харчових продуктів на основі принципів системи аналізу ризику і контролю критичних точок. Виявлено від чого саме залежить ефективність системи ХАССР. Надані рекомендації для впровадження якісної системи управління безпечністю харчових продуктів. За порушення норм цієї системи існують конкретні покарання для порушників. Висловлена думка, стосовно даної системи і її впровадження, бо саме це дасть позитивний результат конкурентоспроможності товару. Підприємство за допомогою цієї системи зможе понизити ризики, пов'язані з безпекою харчового продукту. The topic of unconcern of food products is under the consideration in the article. The attained aim is in relation to the exposure of possibilities of quality management of food products based on the principles of the system of analysis of risk and control of critical points. It is educed what exactly efficiency of the system HASSR depends on. We have analyzed the views of some scientists, who had been working on the problem of quality of products and had formed own point of view in relation to their opinions. Recommendations for the introduction of quality control system by the unconcern of food productsare given. For violation of norms of this system, there are certain punishments for violators. It is specified, that it is the scientifically reasonable system that will allow to create on an enterprise terms for the production of safe goods by determination and control of dangerous factors and is the only mechanism of management of food products an unconcern. Expressed opinion, in relation to this system and her introduction, because exactly it will give a positive result to the competitiveness of commodity. The author offered to identify three stages of transformational changes in the domestic institute of pricing of the agrarian sector. In turn, they have become one of the factors shaping the structure of the domestic agrarian sector, and prior directions of its development. The first stage is the period of administrative planning, when purchase prices were determined by the state and communicated to agricultural producers. Through the Institute of Pricing, the profitability and stimulation of the development of the agrarian sector of the country were directly ensured. The next stage is due to the transition to market economic relations between the subjects of the agrarian market and the functioning of market prices. There were some attempts to establish a system of state price support. The last stage is characterized by increased influence of international economic relations, synchronization with global processes of price volatility, development of agrarian sectors with high level of price competitiveness. The author proposed methodological approach to evaluate the efficiency of transformations of the agrarian sector pricing institute on the basis of volatility indicator. It revealed the process of the convergence of pricing processes for export-oriented agricultural products. There was propositions to ensure that the mechanism of the maximum possible leveling of the volatility of the world market of socially significant types of food. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the institutional support of the state price regulation of the agrarian sector of Ukraine were done. It has indicated the low level of achievement of the goals declared by the state in this direction. The state operator failed to stabilize the market. The main reasons were the lack of sufficient financing and significant influence of the world market. The author assured that the solution to the problem of food security should be implemented precisely because of the affordability of food products to low-income consumers through the effective functioning of the Institute of Food Support for the Poor in all regions of the country. 2019-01-01T00:00:00Z
