The external environment, in particular the security situation, required a clear procedural definition of all processes in accordance with changes in the regulatory and legislative framework. But implementing these changes required a constant, complex communication process. Accordingly, there was a need to quickly respond to changes - the necessity of safe conditions for everyone, changes in the socio-economic environment, adoption of non-standard management decisions, generation of new original ideas in order to stabilize the operating conditions of existing and create new programs and projects. Thus, there was a need to establish new effective communications between all interested parties in the hotel and restaurant business. A good tool for effective communication is business communication, which should be established both with employees and with partners of the enterprise or organization.
