Title: Автоматизація управління бізнес-процесами підприємства як основа гнучкості його діяльності: характеристика систем управління Authors: Лошенюк (Зеленюк), Оксана Вікторівна / Losheniuk, Oksana Abstract: У статті розглянуто актуальні питання щодо автоматизації управління бізнес процесами підприємства крізь призму аналізу наявних систем управління. Визначено передумови для активного поширення автоматизації бізнес-процесів у практиці ведення бізнесу. Встановлено мотиви, якими керуються підприємства під час прийняття рішення про автоматизацію. Систематизовано переваги від автоматизації бізнес-процесів за допомогою графічного їх відображення. Визначено напрямки діяльності підприємства, яка є найбільш популярними під час прийняття рішення про автоматизацію, а саме: закупівлі, фінанси, управління людськими ресурсами, продажі та маркетинг. Проаналізовано етапи проведення автоматизації бізнес-процесу на підприємстві із деталізованим описом кожного із них. Проведено градацію бізнес-процесів по критерію важливості їх автоматизації для підприємства. Деталізовано системи управління бізнес процесами у розрізі наступних напрямків: системи управління проєктами та завданнями, бухгалтерським обліком, клієнтами, сервіси для управління робочим часом та персоналом, ESP-системи, CMS-системи, системи для розбудови організаційної структури. Досліджено тенденції у сфері автоматизації бізнес процесів. Визначено перелік програм, на які найчастіше падає вибір під час автоматизації з розподілом по групах: автоматизація фінансового менеджменту та звітності, управління персоналом, маркетингом, продажами, робочими процесами, даними та комплексні рішення. Проаналізовано вартість на програми для автоматизації HubSpot, ActiveCampaign та Expensify із описом функцій, які вони забезпечують в межах різних тарифів. The article deals with topical issues regarding the automation of enterprise business process management through the prism of the analysis of existing management systems. Prerequisites for the active spread of automation of business processes in business practice have been defined. Motives that guide enterprises when making a decision on automation have been established. The advantages of automating business processes with the help of their graphical representation are systematized: obtaining competitive advantages, attracting new customers, reducing the number of human errors, reducing costs, increasing work efficiency and speeding up the verification and approval process. The areas of enterprise activity that are most popular when making a decision about automation are identified, namely: procurement, finance, human resources management, sales and marketing. The stages of business process automation at the enterprise are analyzed with a detailed description of each of them. Business processes were graded according to the criterion of the importance of their automation for the enterprise. Business process management systems are detailed in terms of the following areas: project and task management systems, accounting, customer accounting, services for working time and personnel management, ESP systems, CMS systems, systems for building the organizational structure. Trends in the field of automation of business processes have been studied. The list of programs that are most often chosen during automation has been defined, divided into groups: automation of financial management and reporting, personnel management, marketing, sales, work processes, data and comprehensive solutions.
