Title: Економічне обґрунтування аутсорсингу бізнес-процесів для оптимізації операційної рентабельності Authors: Вдовічен, Анатолій Анатолійович / Vdovichen, Anatolii; Підлипна, Радміла Петрівна; Багрій, Конон Леонідович / Bagrii, Konon Abstract: Зростання конкуренції, цифровізація економіки та ускладнення бізнес-процесів зумовлюють активніше застосування аутсорсингу бізнес-процесів як інструменту оптимізації структури витрат і підвищення операційної ефективності підприємств шляхом передачі окремих функцій зовнішнім постачальникам послуг та концентрації ресурсів на основних напрямах діяльності. Метою дослідження є оцінювання економічного ефекту впровадження аутсорсингових моделей організації бізнес-процесів та визначення їхнього впливу на операційну рентабельність підприємств у різних видах економічної діяльності. Методологічну основу дослідження становлять економічний і статистичний аналіз, порівняльний і структурний аналіз витрат, а також розрахункові підходи до оцінювання інтенсивності використання зовнішніх послуг. У результаті дослідження проаналізовано динаміку розвитку ринку аутсорсингу бізнес-процесів, визначено основні чинники його поширення та напрями застосування. На основі статистичних даних здійснено аналіз структури витрат підприємств, обсягів придбання зовнішніх товарів і послуг та показників операційної рентабельності за видами економічної діяльності. Розраховано частку витрат на зовнішні послуги в прибутку підприємств як показник інтенсивності застосування аутсорсингу. Результати аналізу підтверджують, що в більшості секторів економіки значна частка витрат підприємств припадає на придбання зовнішніх товарів і послуг. Це відображає активне впровадження аутсорсингових моделей в організаційну діяльність суб’єктів господарювання. Найвищий рівень таких витрат характерний для торгівлі та промисловості. Водночас у сферах інформації та телекомунікацій, транспорту, логістики та професійної діяльності визначальну роль відіграють спеціалізовані сервісні рішення. У висновках зазначено, що галузі з більш розвиненими сервісними моделями організації бізнес-процесів загалом демонструють вищий рівень ефективності операційної діяльності. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в можливості використання отриманих результатів для обґрунтування управлінських рішень щодо оптимізації структури витрат та визначення доцільності застосування аутсорсингових моделей у діяльності підприємств. Increasing competition, the digitalization of the economy, and the growing complexity of business processes lead to a more active use of business process outsourcing as a tool for optimizing cost structures and improving the operational efficiency of enterprises by transferring certain functions to external service providers and concentrating resources on core activities. The purpose of the study is to assess the economic effect of using outsourcing models in the organization of business processes and to determine their impact on the operating profitability of enterprises across different types of economic activity. The research applies methods of economic and statistical analysis, comparative and structural cost analysis, as well as calculation approaches for assessing the intensity of the use of external services. The results of the study analyze the dynamics of the business process outsourcing market, identify the main factors of its spread and areas of application. Based on statistical data, an analysis of the structure of enterprises' expenses, the volume of purchases of external goods and services, and indicators of operating profitability by type of economic activity was carried out. The share of external service costs in enterprise profits was calculated as an indicator of the intensity of outsourcing. The results of the analysis confirm that in most sectors of the economy, a significant share of enterprise costs is accounted for by the purchase of external goods and services. This reflects the active introduction of outsourcing models into the organizational activities of economic entities. The highest level of such expenses is characteristic of trade and industry. At the same time, in the fields of information and telecommunications, transport, logistics, and professional activities, specialized service solutions play a decisive role. The conclusions indicate that industries with more developed service models for organizing business processes generally demonstrate a higher level of operational efficiency. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results obtained to justify management decisions on optimizing the cost structure and determining the feasibility of applying outsourcing models in the activities of enterprises.

In the conditions of a global digital economy and maintaining competitiveness, it is necessary to reconsider the principles of training in-demand specialists. This is particularly relevant for border regions and the cross-border space in general, where joint ventures operate, foreign investments are attracted, highly qualified specialists are recruited from border territories adjacent to the border with Ukraine, and business centers and business incubators operate. At the same time, the following problems remain unresolved: the lack of defined factors of influence of innovative technologies in education on the formation of competencies of specialists in economic specialities for the cross-border space and clearly established competencies; differences in national educational standards and approaches to the training of specialists in economic specialities; language barrier in teaching and communication; uneven provision of resources to educational institutions in border regions of neighboring countries; bureaucratic barriers in the recognition of diplomas and student mobility. The purposeof the paper is to identify and substantiate the factors through which innovative technologies in education influence the development of competencies among specialists in economic disciplines for the cross-border context and, using the example of cross-border cooperation between the border regions of Ukraine and Romania, to define the specific competencies required of specialists in economic fields.The theoretical and methodological framework of the study was grounded in Ukrainian legislation and employed a systematic approach to the analysis of the educational process within the cross-border context. The informational foundation of the research was formed by data collected through a selective survey of employers in the border regions and territories of Ukraine, with a particular focus on the Chernivtsi region. Based on a survey of 148 employers in the Chernivtsi region conducted in November - December 2025 by computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) and using the structural method and staff-normative approach, the needs for qualified employees and the factors of influence of innovative technologies in education on the formation of competencies of specialists in economic specialities for the cross-border space of Ukraine and Romania were determined. The main competencies of specialists in economic specialities were established, which include knowledge of the legal support of cross-border cooperation and the features of cross-border markets, knowledge of foreign languages, compliance with international standards, the ability to work in a multicultural environment, etc.Further research may be aimed at identifying differences in national educational standards compared to EU standards and approaches to training specialists in economic specialities. Анотація. Швидкість технологічних змін випереджає можливості традиційних освітніх моделей. За умов глобальної цифрової економіки та збереження конкурентоспроможності необхідно переосмислити засади підготовки затребуваних фахівців. Особливо це актуально для прикордонних регіонів та транскордонного простору загалом, де функціонують спільні підприємства, залучаються іноземні інвестиції, здійснюється мобільність фахівців високої кваліфікації з прикордонних територій дотичних до кордону з Україною, працюють бізнес-центри та бізнес-інкубатори. Активізація розвитку прикордонних регіонів (будівництво євроколій, розширення транспортного сполучення з країнами ЄС, поглиблення транскордонного співробітництва) потребує адекватних змін у сфері вищої освіти, де важлива роль відводиться інноваційним технологіям у формуванні компетенцій фахівців економічних спеціальностей, що визначає актуальність цього дослідження. Водночас залишаються невирішеними проблеми, пов’язані з відсутністю визначених факторів впливу інноваційних технологій в освіті на формування фахівців фахівців економічних спеціальностей для транскордонного простору та чітко встановлених компетенцій; відмінностями в національних освітніх стандартах і підходах до підготовки фахівців економічних спеціальностей; мовним бар’єром у навчанні та комунікації; нерівномірною забезпеченістю ресурсами освітніх закладів у прикордонних регіонах сусідніх країн; бюрократичними перешкодами у визнанні дипломів та мобільності студенті. Метою дослідження є визначення та обґрунтування факторів впливу інноваційних технологій в освіті на формування компетенцій фахівців економічних спеціальностей для транскордонного простору на прикладі транскордонного співробітництва прикордонних регіонів України і Румунії. Теоретико-методологічною основою дослідження є законодавство України та системний підхід до аналізу освітнього процесу в транскордонному просторі. Інформаційну основу дослідження становлять дані вибіркового опитування 148 роботодавців прикордонних регіонів і територій України (Чернівецька область), проведеного у листопаді – грудні 2025 року методом телефонного опитування (CATI). Із використанням структурного методу та штатно-нормативного підходу визначено потреби роботодавців у кваліфікованих працівниках і ключові фактори впливу інноваційних освітніх технологій на формування компетенцій економічних фахівців для транскордонного простору України та Румунії. Встановлено основні компетенції фахівців економічних спеціальностей, зокрема знання правового забезпечення транскордонного співробітництва та особливостей транскордонних ринків, володіння іноземними мовами, дотримання міжнародних стандартів, здатність до роботи в багатокультурному середовищі та ін. Подальші дослідження доцільно спрямувати на порівняльний аналіз національних освітніх стандартів України та стандартів ЄС, а також на вивчення підходів до підготовки фахівців економічних спеціальностей у транскордонному вимірі.

Key problems investigated include market volatility, regulatory fragmentation, informal economy overlaps, environmental costs of mining, and the vulnerability exposed by the October 2025 crypto crash, which triggered $19 billion in liquidations due to U.S.-China trade tensions. The aim of this research is to empirically evaluate the influence of cryptocurrency adoption on macroeconomic performance in the region, focusing on fostering financial inclusion and trade efficiency while mitigating risks. Research objectives encompass assessing direct and mediated effects of crypto penetration on GDP growth, inflation stability, and unemployment reduction; testing hypotheses on transaction volumes, user adoption, and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) as drivers of economic outcomes; and deriving policy insights for sustainable integration. The methodology employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on a balanced panel dataset from 11 Eastern European countries (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine) over 2020–2024 (N=55). Variables include Crypto_Users (%), Crypto_Transactions (billion USD), ln_VASPs, GDP (billion EUR), Inflation (%), and Unemployment (%). Data sourced from Chainalysis (2024) and Eurostat (2024) were analyzed using robust maximum-likelihood estimation with 5,000 bootstraps, incorporating country fixed effects. Model fit indices (χ² p=.168, RMSEA=.052, CFI=.968) confirm robustness. Results indicate significant positive paths from transaction volumes (β=.59, p<.001) and VASPs (β=.48, p<.001) to GDP, with partial mediation (indirect β=.16, p=.008); user adoption hedges inflation (β=.29, p=.008) but shows no unemployment impact. Conclusions underscore crypto's GDP-boosting potential (e.g., 2% uplift in Romania) amid risks, advocating harmonized regulations to balance innovation and stability in Eastern Europe. The primary objective is to identify and analyze key factors influencing business performance, including customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and resource allocation. Using quantitative methods, we developed various mathematical models to simulate different business scenarios and assess their potential impact on profitability and sustainability. The study employs data from industry case studies and surveys to inform the models, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of trends and patterns. Results indicate that mathematical modeling can significantly improve decision-making processes by providing insights into optimal pricing strategies, inventory management, and workforce allocation. The findings underscore the importance of adapting to changing market conditions and consumer preferences through predictive analytics. Overall, the integration of mathematical modeling into business strategies enhances operational effectiveness and contributes to the long-term economic stability of hotels and restaurants.
