Title: Стан і тенденції розвитку людських ресурсів в Україні у вимірі міжнародних порівнянь Authors: Левченко, Анна Олександрівна Abstract: У статті досліджено сучасний стан і тенденції розвитку людських ресурсів в Україні порівняно з іншими країнами світу. Наведено порівняльний аналіз індексу людського розвитку, індексу людського капіталу, індексу глобальної конкурентоспроможності, глобального інноваційного індексу, індексу щастя. Висвітлено рейтингові позиції регіонів України за рівнем інтегрального регіонального індексу людського розвитку. Акцентовано увагу на конкурентних перевагах України у світових рейтингах (високий освітній рівень населення) та негативних тенденціях соціальноекономічних та інституційних передумов людського розвитку. Обґрунтовано напрями активізації людського розвитку в умовах безпрецедентних інноваційних змін у всіх сферах життя суспільства. The article examines the current state and tendencies of human resources development in Ukraine in comparison with other countries of the world. The comparative analysis of the index of human development, the index of human capital, the index of global competitiveness, the global innovation index, the index of happiness is presented. The rating positions of the regions of Ukraine as the integral regional index of human development are highlighted. Attention is drawn to the competitive advantages of Ukraine in world rankings (high educational level of the population) and negative tendencies of socio-economic and institutional preconditions of human development. The directions of activation of human development in the conditions of unprecedented innovative changes in all spheres of society life are grounded.

Title: Регіональні аспекти формування загального соціального простору ЄС Authors: Бутирська, Ірина Abstract: У статті автор зазначає, що формування загального соціального простору ЄС як складової європейського інтеграційного процесу має вагоме значення для розвитку нових країн-членів європейського інтеграційного простору. У процесі адаптації нових держав-членів до соціальної політики ЄС значно змінилася соціальна структура суспільств і склад держав-членів ЄС, іншими стали наповнення та сфера дій соціальної політики, значно зріс вплив і збільшились можливості інформаційного простору, який дещо поєднав Європу. Саме тому при виробленні та реалізації соціальної політики на регіональному рівні слід враховувати дестабілізуючі фактори, які можна пояснити перехідним характером розвитку європейських держав. При цьому первинними визначальними умовами для подолання регіональних дисбалансів у соціальній сфері та формування єдиного соціального простору ЄС потрібні політична воля, чітко визначена територія, дієві механізми, законодавча база й інструментарій ведення соціальної політики. In the article, the author notes that the formation of the overall social space of the EU as a component of the European integration process is of great importance for the development of new member countries of the European integration space. In the process of adaptation of new member states to the EU's social policy, the social structure of the societies and the composition of the EU member states has changed considerably, others have become the filling and sphere of social policy, and the influence and opportunities of the information space, which somewhat united Europe, has considerably increased. That is why the development and implementation of social policy at the regional level should take into account destabilizing factors that can be explained by the transient nature of the development of European states. At the same time, the primary defining conditions to overcome regional imbalances in the social sphere and the formation of a single social space in the EU are the political will, clearly defined territory, effective mechanisms, legislative framework and tools for social policy.

Title: The Sustainable Development Goals (Sdgs) and Modern Business Strategy Authors: Babinska, Olha Abstract: Today, sustainable development, as an appropriate strategy for the development of the world community, involves a harmonious combination of the economy, society and the environment and ensuring the high standards of living for the population. It should be noted that in today’s globalized world, the contradiction in the development of mankind is a mix of challenges and opportunities at different levels for all actors in the world economy, with a special role belonging to the business sector. Business as a key element in achieving the sustainable development goals is analyzed in this paper. The possible scenarios for business development in the context of implementing sustainable development ideas and ensuring competitiveness are proposed. Сьогодні сталий розвиток, як відповідна стратегія розвитку світової спільноти, передбачає гармонійне поєднання економіки, суспільства і навколишнього середовища та забезпечення високих стандартів життя населення. Слід зазначити, що у сучасному глобалізованому світі протиріччя розвитку людства є поєднанням викликів та можливостей на різних рівнях для всіх акторів світового господарства, при цьому особлива роль належить бізнессектору. У даній роботі аналізується бізнес як ключовий елемент у досягненні цілей сталого розвитку та пропонуються можливі сценарії розвитку бізнесу в контексті реалізації ідей сталого розвитку та забезпечення конкурентоспроможності.
