Abstract: У статті авторами проведено дослідження значення антикризового управління в діяльності
торговельного підприємства. Зазначено основні напрями політики антикризового управління. Вони є
частиною загальної стратегії підприємства, яка застосовується під час розробки системи методів
попередньої діагностики загрози банкрутства. Також розглянуто можливі причини криз на підприємстві
та їхні наслідки. Акцентовано увагу на те, що керівнику необхідно вміти давати оцінку складовим
підприємства та формувати стратегічний план роботи для досягнення визначених цілей. The authors carried out the study of the significance of crisis management in the activities of a trading
company. The main directions of the policy of crisis management are outlined. They are part of the overall
strategy of the enterprise and are involved in developing a system of methods for the preliminary diagnosis
of the threat of bankruptcy. Also, the possible causes of the crisis in the enterprise and its consequences
are considered. Attention is drawn to the fact that the manager must be able to assess the components of
the company and formulate a strategic plan to achieve the stated goals.2018-01-01T00:00:00Z
