Title: Застосування інноваційних методів при компетентнісному підході Викладання навчальних дисциплін «Безпека життєдіяльності» та «Охорона праці» Authors: Канут, Наталія Стефанівна Abstract: Досліджується різноманітність форм і методів інноваційного навчання. Зазначається, що існують як переваги, так і недоліки при їх застосуванні. Пропонуються дієві шляхи підвищення ефективності засвоєння знань, вмінь та навичок з навчальних дисциплін «Безпека життєдіяльності» та «Охорона праці». Наголошується і на особливостях застосування інноваційних методів при компетентісному підході викладання навчальних дисциплін «БЖД» та «ОП», а також особлива увага акцентується на важливості принципу дуальності навчання при переході від трансляції знань до оволодіння вміннями і навичками. Це ж доводиться результатами проведеного ґрунтовного дослідження, у якому розкриваються як позитивні сторони застосування різноманітних форм і методів інноваційного навчання у вищих навчальних закладах, так і висвітлюються проблеми, подолання яких безперечно сприятиме підвищенню ефективності оволодіння основними вміннями і навичками зі збереження життя і здоров’я як у процесі виробничої діяльності, так і у повсякденному житті. The variety of forms and methods of innovative learning is explored. It is noted that there are both advantages and disadvantages of their application. Effective ways of improving the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competences in educational disciplines “Life safety” and “Labour protection” are offered. It is also emphasized on the peculiarities of the application of innovative methods in the competency approach of teaching disciplines “Life safety” and “Labour protection”, and special attention is paid to the importance of the principle of duality of learning in the transition from the translation of knowledge to mastering skills and abilities. This is evidenced by the results of a thorough research, which reveals both the positive aspects of the application of various forms and methods of innovation training in higher education institutions, and highlights the problems of overcoming which will undoubtedly contribute to increasing the efficiency of mastering the basic skills and life-saving skills as the process of production activity, and in everyday life.

Title: Вплив офшорів на світову та національну економіку Authors: Юрій, Софія; Простебі, Людмила Abstract: У даній статті увага присвячена дослідженню сучасної проблематики офшорів і вагомої значущості їх інструментарію для розвитку як світової економіки, так і економіки України. На основі аналізу наукових та нормативних джерел, статистичних даних сформовано більш повне уявлення про результати функціонування офшорів в умовах сьогодення. Акцентовано увагу на реалізації завдань в рамках посилення контролю за зовнішньою офшорною діяльністю (як на національному рівні, так і в рамках міжнародних ініціатив), які повинні розглядатися першочергово. Запропоновано удосконалення деофшорного регулювання вітчизняної економіки, яке є комплексом прийнятих своєчасно заходів, спрямованих на вдосконалення внутрішнього законодавства й активізацію участі в міжнародному співробітництві з питань транспарентності руху капіталу. In this article the attention is devoted to the study of the current problems of offshore and the high significance of their tools for the development of both the world economy and the economy of Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis of scientific and normative sources, statistical data formed a more complete picture of the results of the offshore functioning in the present. The attention is focused on the implementation of tasks within the framework of strengthening control over external offshore activities (both at the national level and within the framework of international initiatives), which should be considered first and foremost. The improvement of offshore deregulation of the domestic economy, which is a set of timely measures taken to improve domestic legislation and increase participation in international cooperation on issues of transparency of the movement of capital, is proposed.

Title: Ризики в інвестиційно-інноваційній діяльності підприємств машинобудування Authors: Швець, Юлія Олександрівна; Тищенко, Оксана Abstract: Досліджено сучасний стан інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності в секторі машинобудування та встановлено ризики, які виникають під час інвестування та впровадження інноваційних проектів. Зазначається, що інноваційний розвиток є однією зі складових розвитку національної економіки. Через відсутність державної підтримки інноваційних підприємств та недостатнє інвестування в інноваційну діяльність конкурентоспроможність галузі машинобудування характеризується невідповідністю сучасним стандартам та вимогам. Сформовано загальне визначення економічної категорії «ризик», виокремлено недоліки та переваги інноваційного ризику, згруповано етапи та методи управління ризиком. Наведено статистичні дані про розмір прямих інвестицій в галузь машинобудування та виділено ризики інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності в реальному секторі економіки України Current state of investment-innovation activity in the mechanical engineering sector is investigated and the risks arising from investing and implementing innovative projects are identified. It is noted that innovative development is one of the components of the development of the national economy. Due to the lack of state support for innovative enterprises and the lack of investment in innovation activities, the competitiveness of the mechanical engineering industry is characterized by non-compliance with modern standards and requirements. The general definition of the economic category "risk" is formed, the shortcomings and advantages of innovation risk are identified, the stages and methods of risk management are grouped. The statistics on the amount of direct investments in the machine-building industry and the risks of innovation-investment activity in the real sector of the Ukrainian economy are highlighted.

Title: Сутність екологічного маркетингу як економічної категорії Authors: Хотинь, Любов Василівна Abstract: У статті розглядається економічна сутність екологічного маркетингу, основні передумови його виникнення. Зазначається, що одним із основних принципів виробництва і споживання товарів є контроль за забрудненням навколишнього середовища та зміщення маркетингових акцентів у сторону екологізації бізнесу і екологічного позиціонування товарів та послуг. Доведено, що становлення ринку екологічних товарів та послуг відбувається під впливом сподівань споживачів. У зв’язку з цим для задоволення екологічно орієнтованих потреб і запитів споживачів пропонується концепція екологічного маркетингу. Особлива увага відведена характеристиці принципів здійснення екологічного маркетингу, аспектам охоплення, факторам впливу на конкурентоспроможність товарів і підприємства. Наведені основні передумови виникнення екологічного маркетингу на споживчому ринку, мета, його завдання, типи, основні категорії. The article deals with the economic essence of environmental marketing, the main conditions for its extinction. It is noted that one of the basic principles of production and consumption of goods is the control of environmental pollution and shifts of marketing emphasis towards business ecologization and the ecological positioning of goods and services. It is proved that the emergence of the market of environmental goods and services is under the influence of consumer expectations. In connection with this, in order to meet the ecologically-oriented needs and demands of consumers, the concept of environmental marketing is proposed. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the principles of implementing environmental marketing, aspects of coverage, factors of influence on the competitiveness of goods and enterprises. The basic prerequisites of the emergence of environmental marketing on the consumer market, purpose, tasks, types, main categories are given.
