Abstract: The article is devoted to the important topic of change management in today’s business environment, where innovation, sustainability, and employee engagement have become critical factors for organizations’ success. The article examines various models and methods of change management aimed at implementing innovative practices, ensuring sustainability, and actively involving personnel. In the modern business world, changes play a key role in the competitiveness of organizations. However, many organizations face difficulties in implementing innovations, ensuring the sustainability of their development, and involving staff to actively participate in changes. The main goal of this article is to research models and methods of change management aimed at introducing innovations, ensuring sustainability, and involving personnel in organizational processes. The object of research is the process of change management in organizations. The research subject is models and methods of change management aimed at introducing innovations, ensuring sustainability, and involving personnel in organizational processes. The authors used the method of scientific literature analysis to familiarize themselves with modern approaches to managing change, innovation, and sustainability in organizations. This analysis helped to understand critical theoretical approaches and concepts. To investigate the practical aspects of change management, the authors conducted empirical research on organizations implementing innovative practices. The article has great relevance in a rapidly changing business environment where organizations must be ready to innovate, ensure sustainability, and engage their staff to achieve success and competitiveness. Researching change management models and methods will help organizations better understand how to achieve these goals and manage change effectively. This article’s results can be useful for managers and leaders of organizations that seek to introduce innovation, ensure sustainability, and involve personnel in active participation in change.

Abstract: In this article, for the first time, the first boundary value problem for the equation of thermal conductivity with a variable diffusion coefficient and with a nonlinear term, which depends on the sought function with the deviation of the argument, is solved. For such equations, the initial condition is set on a certain interval. Physical and technical reasons for delays can be transport delays, delays in information transmission, delays in decision-making, etc. The most natural are delays when modeling objects in ecology, medicine, population dynamics, etc. Features of the dynamics of vehicles in different environments (water, land, air) can also be taken into account by introducing a delay. Other physical and technical interpretations are also possible, for example, the molecular distribution of thermal energy in various media (solid bodies, liquids, etc.) is modeled by heat conduction equations. The Green’s function of the first boundary value problem is constructed for the nonlinear equation of heat conduction with a deviation of the argument, its properties are investigated, and the formula for the solution is established.</summary>

Authors: Брикова, Тетяна Миколаївна / Brykova, Tetiana
Abstract: Currently, the demand in the tourist services market tends to grow rapidly, which proves the&#xD;
tourist attractiveness of the EU member states and the industry’s potential profitability. By satisfying&#xD;
consumer demand, the tourism and hospitality industry positively impacts social and economic&#xD;
development. This impact depends on specific regional characteristics and the potential of&#xD;
each country. The study aims to assess the social and economic potential of the tourism and hospitality&#xD;
industry based on tourist activity in the EU countries. The following scientific methods&#xD;
were used in the research process: the coefficient method, the Euclidean distance method, the&#xD;
ranking method, the grouping method, and the segmentation method. Indicators for assessing&#xD;
the social and economic potential of the tourism and hospitality industry have been defined; an&#xD;
integral indicator has been calculated to assess the social and economic potential of the tourism&#xD;
and hospitality industry in the EU countries; the ranking and grouping of the EU countries according&#xD;
to the social and economic potential of the tourism and hospitality industry development has&#xD;
been carried out; regional features of the social and economic potential of the tourism and hospitality&#xD;
industry of the EU countries have been identified</summary>
