У сучасному управлінському середовищі, що характеризується динамічною цифровізацією, актуальним постає питання ефективного використання інструментів штучного інтелекту для автоматизації процесів та прийняття управлінських рішень. Метою дослідження є аналіз потенціалу штучного інтелекту як чинника підвищення ефективності стратегічного управління в умовах цифрової трансформації та кіберзагроз. У статті проаналізовано сучасні концепції впровадження штучного інтелекту у сфері управління, зокрема застосування алгоритмів машинного навчання для аналізу даних, персоналізації комунікації, управління клієнтською взаємодією через чат-боти та віртуальних асистентів. Розглянуто можливості використання штучного інтелекту для підвищення точності прийняття рішень, а також забезпечення прозорості та ефективності комунікацій. Визначено вплив інструментів штучного інтелекту на трансформацію медіа-простору, розвиток цифрової аналітики, візуалізації, гейміфікації та краудсорсингу. Особливу увагу приділено викликам, пов’язаним із конфіденційністю, етичністю використання даних, інформаційною безпекою та довірою до цифрових інструментів. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо оптимізації управлінських стратегій із урахуванням сучасних цифрових тенденцій. Штучний інтелект визначено дієвим інструментом підвищення ефективності управління, що забезпечує персоналізований підхід, швидке реагування та прийняття рішень на основі даних. Водночас впровадження штучного інтелекту супроводжується потребою в нових навичках, етичних стандартах і гарантіях кібербезпеки. Перспективним напрямом подальших досліджень є розробка механізмів оцінки етичного впливу штучного інтелекту на процеси управління. This article proposes promising methods for applying artificial intelligence in management and decision-making processes. In today's management environment, characterized by dynamic digitalization, the issue of effective use of artificial intelligence tools for process automation and management decision-making is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of artificial intelligence as a factor in improving the effectiveness of strategic management in the context of digital transformation and cyber threats. The article analyzes modern concepts of artificial intelligence implementation in management, in particular the use of machine learning algorithms for data analysis, communication personalization, and customer interaction management through chatbots and virtual assistants. The possibilities of using artificial intelligence to improve the accuracy of decision-making, as well as to ensure transparency and efficiency of communications, are considered. The impact of artificial intelligence tools on the transformation of the media space, the development of digital analytics, visualization, gamification, and crowdsourcing is determined. Particular attention is paid to challenges related to confidentiality, ethical use of data, information security, and trust in digital tools. Recommendations are made for optimizing management strategies, taking into account current digital trends. Artificial intelligence is identified as an effective tool for improving management efficiency, providing a personalized approach, rapid response, and data-driven decision-making. At the same time, the introduction of artificial intelligence is accompanied by the need for new skills, ethical standards, and cybersecurity guarantees. A promising area for further research is the development of mechanisms for assessing the ethical impact of artificial intelligence on management processes.

Title: Використання штучного інтелекту в системах бухгалтерського обліку підприємств України Authors: Дутчак, Ірина Богданівна; Гордієнко, Микола Іванович; Євдощак, Володимир Іванович / Yevdoshchak, Volodymyr Abstract: Активне впровадження цифрових технологій зумовлює трансформацію бухгалтерського обліку, у межах якої інструменти штучного інтелекту (далі – ШІ) стають чинником підвищення точності, оперативності та аналітичної спроможності облікових систем підприємств України. Мета. Метою статті є обґрунтування можливостей застосування ШІ в системах бухгалтерського обліку підприємств та оцінювання його впливу на якість обліково-аналітичної інформації й управлінські процеси. Методи. У статті застосовано комплекс кількісних і якісних методів, зокрема оцінювання точності обробки документів, прогнозування фінансових показників та контроль ризиків, а також системний аналіз функціональних можливостей ШІ в облікових процесах. Результати. У статті обґрунтовано основні напрями використання інтелектуальних технологій у бухгалтерському обліку підприємств, зокрема автоматизацію обробки первинних документів, прогнозування фінансових показників, контроль ризиків та аналітичну підтримку управлінських рішень. Доведено, що застосування методів машинного навчання, обробки природної мови та інтелектуальної роботизації процесів сприяє підвищенню точності облікових операцій, зменшенню кількості помилок і скороченню часу обробки інформації. Запропоновано показники для кількісної оцінки ефективності облікових процесів, достовірності прогнозів і рівня контролю ризиків, що дозволяє обґрунтовано оцінювати результати впровадження цифрових рішень. Висновки. Встановлено, що інтеграція інструментів ШІ в бухгалтерський облік створює умови для підвищення аналітичної цінності облікової інформації та якості управлінських рішень. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання інтелектуальних систем як елемента адаптації облікових процесів до умов цифрової трансформації та воєнної економіки. Реалізація запропонованих підходів сприяє оптимізації облікових процедур, зниженню фінансових і операційних ризиків та формуванню стійкої інформаційної основи для розвитку підприємств. Перспективи подальших досліджень пов’язані з розробленням методик оцінювання економічної доцільності впровадження ШІ-рішень, адаптацією інтелектуальних алгоритмів до національного нормативного середовища, а також дослідженням можливостей інтеграції облікових систем із цифровими платформами стратегічного управління підприємствами. Introduction. The rapid diffusion of digital technologies drives the transformation of accounting, within which artificial intelligence tools enhance accuracy, timeliness, and analytical capacity of accounting systems at Ukrainian enterprises. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to justify the possibilities of applying AI in enterprise accounting systems and to assess its impact on the quality of accounting and analytical information and management processe. Methods. The study used a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including assessment of document processing accuracy, financial forecasting and risk control, as well as systematic analysis of AI functional capabilities in accounting processe. Results. The article substantiates the main directions of using intelligent technologies in accounting of enterprises, in particular, automation of primary document processing, forecasting of financial indicators, risk control, and analytical support of management decisions. It has been proven that the use of machine learning methods, natural language processing, and intelligent process automation contributes to increasing the accuracy of accounting operations, reducing the number of errors, and shortening the time required for information processing. Indicators are proposed for the quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of accounting processes, the reliability of forecasts, and the level of risk control, which allows for a reasonable assessment of the results of the implementation of digital solutions. Conclusions. It has been established that the integration of AI tools into accounting creates conditions for increasing the analytical value of accounting information and the quality of management decisions. The feasibility of using intelligent systems as an element of adapting accounting processes to the conditions of digital transformation and the war economy is justified. The implementation of the proposed approaches contributes to the optimization of accounting procedures, the reduction of financial and operational risks, and the formation of a stable information base for the development of enterprises. Prospects for further research are related to the development of methods for assessing the economic feasibility of implementing AI solutions, the adaptation of intelligent algorithms to the national regulatory environment, and the study of opportunities for integrating accounting systems with digital platforms for strategic enterprise management.

Проведено дослідження кінетичних закономірностей процесу сушіння рибного фаршу з Atherina pontica за різних температурних режимів. Встановлено оптимальні параметри конвективного сушіння подрібненої рибної маси. Оцінено функціонально-технологічні властивості отриманого білкового рибного концентрату, зокрема здатність до зв’язування води. This article presents the results of research focused on developing a production technology for protein fish concentrate from Black Sea sand smelt (Atherina pontica), a widely available and nutritionally valuable small pelagic species in the Black Sea basin. The relevance of the study lies in addressing the need to enhance Ukraine’s food security by ensuring the rational and efficient utilization of domestic aquatic bioresources, particularly underutilized fish raw materials. The study involved an analysis of the physico-chemical composition of the raw material, including moisture, protein, and ash content, determined in accordance with national standards. A step-by-step technological scheme for producing fish concentrate is proposed, consisting of three subsystems: raw material preparation (defrosting, mechanical processing, gutting, washing, and mincing), drying (at 50, 70, and 100 °C), and final processing (grinding, sieving, pasteurization, and packaging). The drying kinetics were studied, and the influence of temperature regimes on moisture loss rate, residual protein content, and the sensory and technological qualities of the finished product was assessed. It was found that drying at 70 °C is optimal in terms of energy efficiency and preservation of protein functionality. The rehydration properties of the dried product were evaluated at different water temperatures. It was shown that concentrates dried at 50 and 70 °C exhibited higher water absorption coefficients than those dried at 100 °C, which is attributed to a lower degree of protein denaturation at lower drying temperatures. These findings highlight the potential of using Black Sea sand smelt as a high-protein ingredient in culinary and foodservice applications. Thus, the developed technology enables effective utilization of low-value fish raw materials, expands the range of protein-rich food products, reduces waste, and enhances the nutritional value of dishes based on natural protein components.

Title: The CLIL Approach Integration into Teaching English for Specific Purposes within Economic Higher Educational Institutions Authors: Гільдебрант, Катерина Йосипівна / Hildebrant, Kateryna Abstract: The article addresses the issue of improving English language proficiency in Ukraine in the context of globalization and increasing demands for professionally oriented foreign language competence among future specialists in Economics. The study relevance is grounded in the need to enhance the Ukrainian graduates’ competitiveness in the international labor market and by Ukraine’s relatively low position in global rankings, particularly according to the EF English Proficiency Index 2025 report. The paper analyzes contemporary scholarly approaches to the implementation of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), introduced by D. Marsh, and defines it as a dual-focused educational approach integrating content mastery with language development. Special attention is paid to the potential integration of CLIL principles into English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses at Ukrainian higher educational institutions. The key CLIL principles, mainly authenticity, active learning, scaffolding, cognitive challenge, and the intercultural dimension reflected in the 4Cs framework (Content, Communication, Cognition, Culture) are characterized and substantiated as effective tools for developing professionally oriented communicative competence among Economics students. Practical classroom techniques such as role-plays, case studies, presentations, project-based learning, and various types of linguistic, cognitive, and task scaffolding are described. The study demonstrates that integrating CLIL into ESP courses enhances students’ motivation, promotes critical thinking, strengthens professional communication skills, and ensures synergy between language training and subject-specific education. It is concluded that further research should focus on designing full-scale CLIL-based courses for Economics students and developing methodological guidelines for both language and content instructors in Ukrainian higher educational institutions. У статті розглянуто проблему підвищення рівня володіння англійською мовою в Україні в умовах глобалізації та зростання вимог до професійної іншомовної компетентності майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю посилення конкурентоспроможності українських випускників на міжнародному ринку праці та невисокими позиціями України у світових рейтингах, зокрема за даними індексу рівня володіння англійською мовою EF English Proficiency Index 2025 року. Проаналізовано сучасні наукові підходи до впровадження предметно-мовного інтегрованого навчання (CLIL), запропонованого Д. Маршем, а також розкрито його сутність як двофокусного підходу, що поєднує засвоєння змісту фахової дисципліни та розвиток мовної компетентності. Особливу увагу приділено можливостям інтеграції принципів предметно-мовного навчання у курс «Англійська мова за професійним спрямуванням» (ESP) у закладах вищої освіти України. Охарактеризовано ключові принципи CLIL, як-от: автентичність, активне навчання, поетапна підтримка (scaffolding), когнітивна складність та міжкультурний компонент. Обґрунтовано їхню ефективність для формування професійно орієнтованої комунікативної компетентності студентів-економістів. Представлено приклади методичних прийомів: рольові ігри, кейс-стаді, презентації, проєктна робота, а також різні види мовної та когнітивної підтримки. Доведено, що інтеграція CLIL у ESP-курс сприяє підвищенню мотивації студентів, розвитку критичного мислення, формуванню навичок професійної комунікації та забезпечує синергію між іншомовною підготовкою і фаховою освітою. Зроблено висновок про доцільність подальшого розроблення методичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження CLIL у практику викладання англійської мови в українських закладах вищої освіти економічного профілю.
