Abstract: The low level of industrial, investment and innovation activity of
Ukraine in comparison with economically developed countries is
demonstrated. The directions of increasing the competitiveness of
Ukrainian enterprises through economic incentives for investment and
innovation activities, in particular through the prism of decentralization and
through the use of incentive tools in the mechanism of taxation of
