Abstract: The problem of forming a corporate culture of service in the hotel and restaurant business in the conditions of European integration is considered. The author emphasizes that an important factor in the successful functioning and development of any organization is its progressive corporate culture, which contains only its own unique values. The main difficulties in the formation of a favorable microclimate among employees are analyzed, and ways to overcome them are determined.</summary>
