Глобальна цифровізація економіки має колосальний вплив на багато процесів: принципи організації, методи управління підприємством і персоналом, соціально-економічні відносини і все суспільство в цілому. Цифровізація бізнесу є базисом корпоративної стратегії управління на найближчий період. Цей доводить актуальність теми дослідження, а також підтверджує її практичну значущість. У статті розглядаються основні аспекти перспективного напряму технологічних трендів глобальної цифровізації та трансформації бізнесу – розширеної аналітики. Проведено аналіз основних принципів трансформації інформаційно-аналітичних систем, а також пов'язаних з ними міжнародних досліджень. Запропоновано нову інформаційну модель фунцкціональної архітектури корпоративної інформаційно-аналітичної системи з використанням розширеної бізнес-аналітики. There are currently rapid transformations of global information space, which affects the market, society, business and the state. We observe the origin and participate in the development of the digital economy. Global digitalization of the economy has a tremendous impact on many processes: principles of organization, methods of enterprise and personnel management, socio-economic relations and all society as a whole. These trends are most clearly manifested in the field of information technologies, banking and scientific -intensive fields, however, digitalization will affect other activities. In this regard, for large companies that have fallen into the area of work of the digital economy, the quality and speed of analytical support for corporate governance are of particular importance. Most modern corporations use accounts and analytical applications based on OLTP and OLAP systems for planning, analysis and control tasks. The most common in the corporate sector of the OLTP system is the modern ERP system. Business digitalization is the basis of the corporate management strategy for the next period. This proves the relevance of the research topic, and also confirms its practical significance. Digital business analytics covers all digital methods and tools that reduce information obtained from disparate sources (financial, production, marketing, accounting) into a single system that simply and conveniently analyzes.The main purpose of business analytics in digitalization is not only a simple simplification of workflows, but also to find complex problems with the use of artificial intelligence. The article deals with the main aspects of the perspective direction of technological trends of global digitalization and business transformation – extended analytics. The basic principles of transformation of information and analytical systems, as well as related international research, have been analyzed. A new information model of the corporate information and analytical system using extended business analytics is proposed.

Title: Гармонізація українських стандартів якості пшениці з вимогами Codex для інтеграції до глобального ринку Authors: Нестеренко, Софʼя Анатоліївна; Кривохижа, Євген Михайлович / Kryvokhyzha, Yevhen Abstract: Вступ. Зважаючи на те, що Україна – аграрна держава, для просування сільськогосподарської продукції на глобальному ринку необхідно не лише нарощувати обсяги виробництва, але й обов’язково дотримуватись міжнародних стандартів якості та безпеки продукції. Мета. Метою дослідження є вивчення шляхів узгодження національних стандартів якості пшениці України з міжнародними вимогами Codex Alimentarius для забезпечення відповідності продукції світовим стандартам якості та безпеки. Матеріали і методи. Матеріалами дослідження є: 1) праці вітчизняних та закордонних авторів, присвячені питанням стандартизації, контролю якості сільськогосподарської продукції та харчових продуктів; 2) нормативно-технічні документи. У дослідженні було застосовано наукові методи теоретичного узагальнення та групування, а також порівняльного аналізу. Результати. Зазначено, що на глобальному ринку просування української аграрної продукції стримується через застарілість нормативно-правової бази систем стандартизації, метрології та оцінки відповідності. Одним з ефективних шляхів забезпечення конкурентоспроможності української аграрної продукції на міжнародному ринку є відповідність вітчизняних нормативних документів положенням міжнародно визнаних стандартів харчових продуктів Codex Alimentarius. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз основних показників якості пшениці, визначених у ДСТУ 3768:2019 та Codex Standard CXS 199-1995. З’ясовано, що стандарти Codex щодо пшениці містять загальні вимоги до якості, тоді як українські національні стандарти надають деталізовані показники. Спільними для обох систем є окремі показники якості, зокрема натура зерна, вологість та зараженість шкідниками. Перспективи. Перспективним напрямом подальших досліджень є детальне вивчення оптимальних шляхів узгодження нормативної бази України з міжнародними вимогами для розширення експортних можливостей та інтеграції в європейський простір. Introduction. Given that Ukraine is an agrarian state, the promotion of agricultural products on the global market requires not only an increase in production volumes, but also ensuring that products comply with international quality and safety standards. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to investigate the areas of harmonization of national wheat quality standards of Ukraine with the international requirements of Codex Alimentarius in order to ensure that products comply with global safety and quality requirements. Materials and methods. The materials of the study are: 1) works of domestic and foreign authors devoted to issues of standardization, quality control of agricultural products and food products; 2) regulatory and technical documents. In the process of conducting the study, scientific methods of theoretical generalization and grouping, as well as comparative analysis, were used. Results. The article states that the advancement of Ukrainian agricultural products in the global market is hampered by the outdated regulatory framework of standardization, metrology, and conformity assessment systems. One of the effective ways to ensure the competitiveness of Ukrainian agricultural products in the international market is to bring domestic regulatory documents into line with the provisions of internationally recognized food standards Codex Alimentarius. A comparative analysis of key wheat quality indicators defined in DSTU 3768:2019 and Codex Standard CXS 199-1995 was conducted. It was found that Codex standards for wheat contain general quality requirements, while Ukrainian national standards provide more detailed indicators. Common to both systems are certain key quality indicators, in particular grain type, moisture, and pest infestation. Discussion. A promising direction for further research is considered to be a more detailed study of the optimal ways to harmonize Ukraine’s regulatory framework with international requirements in order to expand export opportunities and integrate into the European space.

Title: Оптимізація процесів та ресурсів в управлінні будівництвом Authors: Хитрова, Ольга Аліківна / Khytrova, Olha Abstract: У статті розглянуто питання операційної оптимізації в управлінні будівництвом, особлива увага приділяється промисловим проектам. Досліджуються різні аспекти, зокрема аутсорсинг, грамотне управління ресурсами, аналіз життєвих циклів проєктів і оцінка управлінських здібностей. Новим внеском є синтез цих різноманітних аспектів у цілісний підхід, спрямований на подолання складнощів, притаманних проєктам промислового будівництва. Основна наукова проблема, що розглядається, полягає в підвищенні операційної активності за одночасного забезпечення рентабельності та своєчасної реалізації проєкту в дина-мічних і складних умовах будівництва. Ідеї, викладені в статті, не тільки показають вдосконалення практики управління проектами, а й створюють сприятливе середовище для майбутніх досліджень і досягнень у сфері оптимізації управління будівництвом. The article discusses the issue of operational optimisation in construction management, with a particular focus on industrial projects. Various aspects are explored, including outsourcing, competent resource management, project life cycle analysis, and management capability assessment. A new contribution is the synthesis of these different aspects into a holistic approach aimed at overcoming the complexities inherent in industrial construction projects. The main scientific problem under consideration is to increase operational efficiency while ensuring profitability and timely project implementation in a dynamic and complex construction environment. The paper presents a diagram of the outsourcing model in the logistics system of construction f irms, which gives a clear picture of the strategic delegation of business processes to external organisations and the subsequent integration of internal and external flows. The influence of big data analytics on the possibilities of optimising resource management in construction projects is analysed; the advantages of big data analysis in resource management are shown. It is substantiated that the integration of modern resource management systems (RMS) has changed the rules of the game in achieving effective resource management. The integration of digital technologies, such as building information modelling (BIM) and geographic information systems (GIS), has played an important role in increasing visibility and control over the project life cycle. This paper presents a structured assessment framework that is necessary for a thorough analysis of managerial capabilities. This framework should include a variety of competencies that are considered necessary to optimise operational performance in construction projects. It is proved that the use of training and development programmes designed specifically to address the identified competency gaps is a pragmatic approach to improving management effectiveness. The ideas presented in the article not only show improvements in project management practices, but also create a favourable environment for future research and achievements in the field of construction management optimisation.
